Showroom213

For an importer from China and Europe

Track the real landed cost of every imported vehicle, from payment to delivery.

For a showroom importing cars from China, Europe or the Middle East, Showroom213 calculates the real landed cost of every car: the purchase price in foreign currency times the exchange rate, plus freight, customs, port charges and other costs. It tracks each import from the money transfer to delivery and splits a container's cost across your cars.

What you deal with today

  • Landed cost is guessed, never calculated precisely
  • Import tracking happens over WhatsApp messages with the freight forwarder
  • Contracts never reflect the right amounts

How it works in practice

  1. 1

    Create the import order

A "made to order" order for a car you don't have yet: brand, model, year, colour, VIN, client and deposit. The deposit is suggested at the full price and stays editable.

  2. 2

    Get the landed cost

Enter the purchase price in EUR, USD or CNY with the day's exchange rate, then freight, customs, port charges and other costs. Landed cost and estimated margin are calculated; the rate is frozen on the order, so a rate change never alters a cost already recorded.

  3. 3

Track the import step by step

Seven stages: pending, money transfer, paperwork, at sea, at port, customs, delivered. Every change is dated in the history and the estimated arrival date stays visible.

  4. 4

    Manage your containers

Container number validated (ISO 6346), size 20, 40 or 40 HC, vessel, BL and ETA. Rent and shared fees, minus places sold to other dealers, are split evenly across your own cars. The split is frozen when the container is closed.

  5. 5

Sign a contract that matches the order

The contract includes your RC, your NIF, the buyer's details and the amount in words. Its text is frozen at print, and an alert appears if the price or client changes afterwards.
