A Telegram bot for your car showroom: what is it for?

1. Notifying the team

Each team member links their Telegram account by scanning a QR code. They then receive the events that concern them, by role and branch: new order, payment received, car arrived at the port, follow-up due… About 35 event types exist, and each person chooses which ones they want, in the app and on Telegram.

2. Posting cars automatically

Add your Telegram groups and channels as destinations. Every new car is posted there automatically, with its photos, filtered by:

• branch;
• brand;
• minimum and maximum price.

You can also send an offer by hand — up to 10 photos, a caption and a personal note — to a client, a lead, or straight to the leads who asked for that car. The sent history lets you resend in one click.

3. Capturing leads

When someone messages the bot, it asks four questions: name, brand, model and budget. It understands budgets the way people say them in Algeria — "250M", "1.5 M", "مليون" — and creates the lead in Showroom213, ready for follow-up. If the number already matches a lead or a client, it is linked to them.

4. Getting the bot known

Showroom213 generates printable material with the bot's QR code: A4 poster, A5 flyer or a sheet of 10 business cards, in one or two languages, with an ink-saving mode. Put them up in the showroom, on the windscreen of cars on display or at the counter.
