Million or DA: how prices are displayed

The math
In Algeria, car prices are often spoken in millions — but that "million" refers to centimes, not dinars.
1 Million = 10,000 DA.

Showroom213 can do this conversion for you — but only if the unit you've set matches the way you type your prices.
Where to set this unit
- Open Settings, then General.
- In the price preferences section, choose DA (dinars) if you type the full amount (e.g. 4,500,000), or Million (centimes) if you type in millions (e.g. 450).
- Save. The change applies immediately to tables, car listings, and contracts.
This same question comes up a second time when importing an Excel or CSV file. The two settings are independent: changing one does not change the other.
What this changes for you
- It's display only. Internally, everything is always stored in DA — changing the unit later does not recalculate prices already saved.
- It affects tables, each car's listing, the printed spec sheet, and the message sent to a customer on WhatsApp.
If you import a file of dozens of cars with the wrong unit, every price will be off by a factor of 10,000. Check this setting before starting an import, not after.
