Customs and paperwork statuses
The possible values for the customs clearance status and the paperwork status of an imported car.
On an imported car, the Customs & Paperwork section tracks two independent statuses.
| Customs status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Cleared | Customs formalities are complete. |
| Not cleared | Still in progress. |
| N/A | Not applicable — the vehicle wasn't imported. |
| Papers status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Complete | All documents are gathered. |
| Pending | Still to be received or being processed. |
| Missing | One or more documents are missing. |
Both statuses are informational — they don't affect the car's sale status.
