Branches: who sees what

Owner

A branch isn't just a filter — it's a real boundary. An Admin can't see or touch the data of any branch but their own.

The rule

An Admin sees only their branch. The Owner sees everything and can switch between them.

This isn't a simple display filter that could be worked around — it's the access boundary itself. An Admin account assigned to a branch can't reach another branch's data in any way, even by editing the address in the browser.

What this means in practice

  1. An Admin's listings, leads, orders, customers and payments are limited to their branch — in lists, search, exports, everything.
  2. The Owner can switch from one branch to another using the selector at the top of the screen, or choose All branches to see everything at once.
  3. Quotas (listings, orders, leads…) are also counted per branch, not shared between them — see Understanding your quotas and limits.

"My employee can't see the car"

This is almost always this rule at work, not a bug. Check that the car was added to that employee's branch, and not another one. If you're the Owner, switch to the right branch to check.
