Remind a Client of an Outstanding Balance
Send a reminder to a client whose balance isn't settled yet, in one click.
- On the client's record, click Remind balance.
- A pre-filled message with their name and remaining balance opens, ready to send.
You can also filter your client list with Only clients with a balance due to quickly find who to follow up with.
