A number looks wrong

Your symptoms

   Do all your prices look multiplied or divided by 10,000? Your price unit (DA or Million) doesn't match how the numbers were entered or imported — see Million or DA.

   Does a payment status not match what the customer actually paid? It's calculated, never chosen by hand — see Understanding payment statuses.

   Does a customer's balance look wrong? Check the agreed price on their order and all payments recorded against it — the balance follows directly from those, it isn't corrected by hand.

   Is a sale's profit empty? It's never filled in automatically — you need to enter it yourself when you complete the order.

   Does an import's margin look wrong? Check that all costs (purchase, freight, customs, port, misc.) have actually been entered on the order — a missing cost throws off the calculation.
