A car's or a lead's status changed without you touching it? It's almost never a bug — here's what most likely caused the change.

None of this is a bug — every change has a specific cause, almost always an order.

The most likely causes

Did a car switch to Sold on its own? A linked order was probably confirmed — that's what Confirm order does, and it isn't reversible from the app.
Did a lead switch to Lost on its own? A linked order was probably canceled. You can correct its status manually if that wasn't intended.
Did a customer appear that you didn't create? An order was probably completed — completing an order automatically creates a customer if one didn't already exist.
Did a car go back to Available? Its order was probably canceled or deleted.
