Preparing your contract template

Owner

Do this once, before your first sale: your company identity, RC, NIF, and default clauses — used to generate every sales contract.

Do this setup once, before your first sale — the most common failure mode is printing a first contract with blank company identity, in front of the customer.

A video for this guide is in preparation.

  1. In Settings, open Contract Template.
  2. Fill in the Company Name, Address, Commercial Register (RC), and Tax ID (NIF) — your formal company identifiers.
  3. Add your standard clauses — the ones that should appear on every contract.
  4. Save.

What this template sets

The clauses added here are default values: every new order starts with them, but editing them for a specific order from the print screen doesn't change this template — the two are independent once the contract is printed.

Contracts aren't available on the Starter plan. This configuration remains accessible, but printing will be blocked until you're on a higher plan.
