My import didn't work

Is the file rejected as soon as you drop it? Check the type (CSV, XLS, or XLSX only), the size (2 MB max), and the number of rows (500 max) — see Preparing an import file.

Does a column mapping look wrong? Fix it manually at the mapping step — the automatic matching is a suggestion, not a guarantee.

Were some rows skipped? The results screen lists every skipped row with its reason — usually a required field left empty.

Are the imported prices 10,000× too high or too low? The price format (DA or Millions) is chosen once for the whole file — see A number looks wrong.
