File limits

Accepted formats and sizes for each type of file you can import into the app, at a glance.

Importing cars, leads, or customers	CSV, XLS, XLSX	2 MB, 500 rows maximum
Photos of a car	PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP	A maximum size per image, shown when you add it
A car's presentation video	MP4, MOV, WEBM	A maximum size and duration, shown when you add it
Documents attached to an order	PDF or image	10 MB maximum

Exact sizes evolve with the product — the upload screen always shows the current limit before you pick a file.
