Lead Statuses
The five possible statuses for a lead, from first contact through conversion or loss.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just been added, not yet contacted. |
| Contacted | A first exchange has taken place. |
| Interested | Has shown real interest in one or more cars. |
| Converted | Has bought — a client now exists for this person. |
| Lost | The contact won't lead to a sale. |
