Payments without a car
A payment doesn't need to be linked to an order — useful for a service fee or a refund.
Any payment recorded from Payments can be No car instead of linked Towards order.
The app explains it this way: the money was received but isn't tied to any vehicle — for example a service fee or a refund. There's then no balance to track.
A standalone payment shows Not linked to an order and doesn't appear in any remaining-balance calculation or order status — that's the expected behavior, not an error.
